Q: How do I set up an online account?
A: As a new SheerCover.com Home Delivery Program member
you will be asked to set up an online account with your first Sheer
Cover order.
If you are a current Sheer Cover customer visiting SheerCover.com
for the first time, you can click
here to set up your account now.
As part of our registration process, you will be asked for the following
information:
• Your name and email address
• Your account number and billing zip code
• A password
Q: How do I login to my online account?
A: Once you've set up your online account, you can login
to access the online members home page. Make sure you login with
the e-mail address you used to set up your account, otherwise we
will not be able to recognize you. You'll now have access to the
Sheer Cover® Studio catalog as well as the ability to change
your credit card, billing and shipping information, and Create-A-Kit
customization options. You'll also save time during checkout.
Q: How do I logout of my online account?
The logout feature is provided to you as a security measure
(in the event you have multiple users using the same computer).
Once you've logged out, you will not have access to the Home Delivery
Program members section of our site until you login again. To log
out, click "log out" at the top of the page.
Q: What is my login/account name?
A: Your login/account name is your e-mail address.
Q: What should I do if I've forgotten
my password?
A: If you have forgotten your password, click on "I
forgot my password" in the log in screen. Enter the e-mail
address you used to register for your Online Account, and a temporary password will be e-mailed to you within two hours.
If you no longer have access to the e-mail address last registered
on your account, you will be unable to retrieve your password online.

A: View or edit your shipping or billing addresses. Simply
enter any new information and click "Update."

A: Review your current and past online shipments and Sheer
Cover® Studio online club catalog orders. You can easily reorder
Sheer Cover® Studio online club catalog items with one click
in the Online Catalog Orders section.
Q: What is Create-A-Kit?
A: View or edit your current kit configuration. Customize
and adjust which products you receive in your kit, choosing from
our most popular products in the catalog. If you’d like to
customize your kit with an item that is not available online, please
call us at (800) 506-6281, and we will be able to assist you.
Q: What is Shipping Frequency?
A: Adjust how often you receive your kit to best meet your
individual needs, choosing frequencies from 4-16 weeks. Need your
next kit delivered faster? Choose Ship Now and we'll send your next
kit out right away.
Q: What is Login and Password?
A: View or edit your name, e-mail address, or password.
Simply enter any new information and click "Update."
