Q: How do I place an order?
A: When you're done shopping, click "Shopping Cart"
to review the items in your shopping bag, then click "Checkout"
to place your order. If you don't want to order all of the items,
simply edit your shopping cart before proceeding to checkout.
During checkout, you will be asked to provide: :
• Your e-mail address.
• Your credit card billing address.
• The address you want to ship to.
• Your credit card type, number and expiration date.
Q: Can I change my order during checkout?
A: Yes. The "Review Order" page lists your order
information and gives you another opportunity to make changes. Your
order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged
if you do not click "Place Order."
Q: How can I be sure my order has been
received?
A: Once you click "Place Order" on the final
review page, we'll give you an order confirmation number. You will
also receive a confirmation e-mail within approximately 24 hours.
We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has
been successfully processed.
Q: Is there a way to speed up the checkout
process?
Yes. If you are already a Home Delivery Program Member,
open an online account with us and you can store your credit card,
billing and shipping information on our secure server, so you won't
have to type them in every time you check out.
Q: Are there other ways to place my
order?
A: Yes. If you prefer not to order online, you may call

Sheer Cover® customer and require additional products, please

Q: I can’t see all of the Sheer
Cover® items in the catalog. How do I see the rest of them?
A: You must be a current Sheer Cover Home Delivery Member
with a web account in order to see the entire catalog. If you have
a SheerCover.com web account, please click on the "Log In"
button located at the top of your screen and enter your username

A: 30-Day Introductory Kits are shipped via Priority Mail
for only $5.95 and usually arrive within 7 business days from the
date you place your order. The shipping and handling charges thereafter
is $7.95 for the 90-day kits. The customizable Create-A-Kit 90-Day
kits available to SheerCover.com web account members, containing
up to 6 items is $9.95. Create-A-Kit customized kits containing
7 or more items, shipping and handling is FREE!

Q: Does Sheer Cover ship to international
addresses?
A: Although Sheer Cover is distributed in many countries
around the world, this website only handles domestic US orders.
Q: How do I know if my order has been
shipped?
A: You will receive two e-mails after you have placed your
order and provided us with a valid e-mail address. The first email
confirms that your order has been received (your order confirmation
number will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately
24 hours. The second confirms that your order has been successfully
processed and is ready to ship (any tracking information will be
included).
Q: What if an item I've ordered is
out of stock?
A: Although we make every effort to maintain stock and
satisfy our customers, occasionally we are out of certain items.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll e-mail you with a
backorder notification, which tells when you can expect to receive
the item. If we are permanently out of stock on an item that you've
ordered, we will notify you. Any changes will be reflected in your
order total and shipping confirmation. Please call (800) 506-6281
anytime with any questions about out-of-stock items.
Q: Can I return my Sheer Cover®
products if I am not satisfied?
A: Sheer Cover is risk free for 60 full days-a benefit you won't find even in the finest department stores! If for any reason you are not absolutely delighted with Sheer Cover, simply follow the return instructions below and return your products within 60 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price (less S&H) - even if the containers are empty!
Complete the back portion of your invoice form and include it in the package being returned. To guarantee your refund, we suggest shipping your returns via Certified Mail with a receipt of mail. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
