A: Here are the basic steps to help quickly get started with using the Sheer Cover Kit.
- CLEANSE your face with warm water, then pat dry.
- MOISTURIZE with the lightweight moisture and sun protection of our Nourishing Moisturizer SPF 15.
- CONCEAL by dabbing Sheer Cover® Duo Concealer with the concealer brush or your fingertip under eyes, blemishes, and trouble spots.
- BLEND the Sheer Cover® Mineral Foundations to find your perfect shade.
- TAP the Powder Brush to work the powder into the bristles... remember, a little bit goes a long way.

A: Yes, the Mineral Foundation SPF 15 may look dry when first applied. As it mixes with your skin's natural oils, the dryness disappears to leave a luminescent, flawless finish that looks like no makeup at all. You may choose to lightly spritz your face with a fine mist of water or dab the excess powder with a tissue to blend Sheer Cover®.
Q: Will Sheer Cover® wash off in water?
A: You can cover skin imperfections without fear that it will smear or streak with perspiration. It's sweat-proof so you can even wear it when you work out. As with any foundation, however, avoid excessive touching or rubbing, which can remove your Sheer Cover® finish. To remove your foundation gently and easily, simply wash it away with Sheer Cover® Conditioning Cleanser.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: When you're done shopping, click "Shopping Cart" to review the items in your shopping bag, then click "Checkout" to place your order. If you don't want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping cart before proceeding to checkout.
During checkout, you will be asked to provide:

Q: Can I change my order during checkout?

A: Although Sheer Cover is distributed in many countries around the world, this website only handles domestic US orders.
Q: How do I know if my order has been shipped?
A: You will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address. The first email confirms that your order has been received (your order confirmation number will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours. The second confirms that your order has been successfully processed and is ready to ship (any tracking information will be included).
Q: What if an item I've ordered is out of stock?
A: Although we make every effort to maintain stock and satisfy our customers, occasionally we are out of certain items. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll e-mail you with a backorder notification, which tells when you can expect to receive the item. If we are permanently out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you. Any changes will be reflected in your order total and shipping confirmation. Q: Can I return my Sheer Cover® products if I am not satisfied?
A: Sheer Cover is risk free for 60 full days-a benefit you won't find even in the finest department stores! If for any reason you are not absolutely delighted with Sheer Cover, simply follow the return instructions below and return your products within 60 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price (less S&H) - even if the containers are empty!

A: Your password is case-sensitive and must be entered in exactly as it was recorded (an upper case "A" will be treated differently than a lower case "a"). Make sure your CAPS LOCK key is turned off. Q: I receive an expired certificate warning when trying to purchase. Is there a problem with your certificate?
