Australian born Lisa Garner has been fascinated with makeup since her childhood studying ballet in Melbourne. “I fell in love with the dramatic make-up of the stage,” said Garner “but never considered a career in make-up until much later in my life."

Lisa developed a deeper interest in the field as she spent further time on the stage in secondary school dramatic and musical productions and later as a part of the burgeoning Melbourne burlesque and club scene of the early-nineties. After working as a part of the first pro-makeup artists team for Estee Lauder in Australia, she finally landed in New York where she now works and lives with her husband Michael.
